A leading Premier League club are recruiting a Head of Medical Operations. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to work within an internationally renowned and famous club with a rich history. The club is ambitious and wishes to develop its medical department into a world-class unit. 
 

The role is to lead and develop already strong department of multidisciplinary clinicians. The position requires an individual with a strong personality with evidence of previous leadership experience; in depth knowledge of Clinical Governance; and excellent organisational and communication skills. Also key is a proven history in understanding the complex nature of working with international athletes in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to manage decision making in a dynamic situation.  

 
The candidate needs to be adaptable, willing to work in a variety of situations and localities. S/he should also be comfortable working alongside well-known figures, often with international notoriety. This requires the ability to work under significant pressure and within tight deadlines.
