The Coordinator of Medical Systems and Innovation is responsible for merging the fields of sports science and sports medicine for both the San Antonio Spurs and the Austin Toros, the club’s D-League affiliate.    The role specializes in bringing together the performance team that includes, Doctors, Training, Coaching, Strength and Conditioning, Management, D-League medical staff, outside resources and the Spurs Sports Science Council.    This key role is responsible for the coordination, development, and communication of all medical systems, resources, and strategies to maximize the integrated model of player care.
