Management of the delivery of sports science services, which includes the following sub-discipline areas:    Physiology (Strength & Conditioning, Athletic Training, Rehabilitation)  Biomechanics    Technology  Nutrition  Performance psychology    Coordinate, supervise and have responsibility for all members of an inter-disciplinary team in the delivery of athlete care.  Support the goals and objectives of the team and assist the overall development of Performance, Sports Science and Sports Medicine services for the NBA franchise.  Provide pro-active and reactive care including diagnostic evaluations and developing treatment & performance improvement plans.  Must be able to establish and lead an elite performance culture amongst coaches, athletes and support staff that facilitates performance excellence, prevents injury, holds players and staff accountable and pushes the boundaries of innovation.
