The Role ​ Line Manager The Medical Director Scope of Practice Management of medical and rehabilitation related issues for The Chelsea First and Reserve team. Service Provision To the first team and reserve team players first and foremost plus Directors and other senior members of staff. There will be no expectation to cover youth team players however in exceptional circumstances this may be required.
