An American Football team in the National Football League is recruiting a High Performance Director.    The organization aims to lead progressively, and in appointment of this role, is investing and building on their existing elite football operations and development of the department.    The individual must be extremely motivated and motivational; an excellent communicator, and have an open-minded, inclusive and collaborative approach.    Placing a strong focus on innovation and development, the team is looking for an individual with the relevant experience, skill set and characteristics to focus the development of both players and coaches on elite-athlete level preparation, conditioning and recovery.    This role will be based in the United States, and significant travel is required.
