This role is based within a high-performing, athlete-centered NBA franchise that places high value on their medical and performance staff. Working under the supervision of the existing Athletic Performance Coordinator and reporting to the Director of Medical Services, the Physical Therapist/ Performance Specialist will be responsible for assisting all in-and off-season athletic performance assessments and programming, aligning to the overall performance outcomes.The individual will be confident in, and have a career passion for movement assessment and in developing and implementing necessary corrective exercise, as well as early-and late-stage rehabilitation and conditioning. Responsibilities also include performance programming involving strength and power, data management and recovery planning with performance nutrition.This role is based in mid-west region of the United States.
